Yes, that sums me up pretty accurately. This is my pitiful attempt at keeping a record of my crazy life as a crunchy, stay-at-home-mom. My husband is a chemist and before having Ella I was an archaeologist, so we are an extremely nerdy family. We have seen every episode of the original series of Star Trek. We re-watched Star Wars in the machete order (more about that here). We apply Jim's knowledge of chemistry to making our own beer. Dinner conversation usually centers on crystal growth. Our lives are hectic and we have predestined our daughter to be a nerd, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
